Hi , visual basic 6 , stock control bu using static variable?

hi , i want to create stock control by using static variable. i have text box which has 100 as text on it . i want to create code when i press on a command buttton that number to decrease by 1 number . when exit the program and come again i want that number to be there not 100. like a counter

Static variable will hold ur value only till it exit from the program.


Not at all possible.


Only thing u can do is that, b4 quitting the program you can store the value of the static variable into a file and reload the value from the file to static variable whenever the pgm starts.
