What are the dependent, independent, and controlled variables in this science lab?

In this lab, I am trying to prove the law of the conservation of mass by weighting vinegar and baking soda before mixing them together. Then i put them together in a flask and put a rubber stopper on it. Then i weigh the product. What are the dependent, independent and controlled variables in this lab? What are the dependent, independent, and controlled variables in this science lab?
theres not really enough information to say, but i hope this helps:

Independent: what you change in an expiriment every time.

Dependent: what you measure once you change something.

Controlled: the variables you keep the same each time you do an expiriement. What are the dependent, independent, and controlled variables in this science lab?
The vinegar and baking soda are the independent variables. The weight of them both combined is the dependent variable---the weight depends on the amount of each that you put in. The controlled variable is the system inside the flask. The stopper stops anything from exiting or entering the closed system.
